01Who we are

This website is run by PT Hibrida Rekainovasi Nusantara (“HIRAVTA”, “we”), Tendean Square - Ruko #2, Jl. Wolter Monginsidi No.122-124, Jakarta Selatan 12170, Indonesia. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

02What we collect

• /Contact form: your name, work email, company, the solution you are interested in, your business stage and your message.
• /Analytics, only if you accept cookies: the pages you visit, how you arrived, your approximate location (country or city), your device and browser type, and interactions such as scrolling and clicking links. Google Analytics does not store IP addresses.
• /Technical data: our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser and time of the request, to keep the website secure and running.

03Why we use it

• /To reply to your inquiry and prepare a proposal, at your request and as a step before a possible contract.
• /To understand which pages are useful and improve the website, based on your consent.
• /To keep the website secure and prevent abuse, based on our legitimate interest.

05Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. Messages from the contact form go straight to HIRAVTA’s own system and are not passed to a third-party form service. We only share data with service providers that help us run this website: our hosting provider and Google (Google Analytics, only if you accept). These providers may process data outside Indonesia; when they do, we rely on the safeguards the law requires.

06How long we keep it

• /Inquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a contract requires us to keep them longer.
• /Analytics data: up to 14 months.
• /Server logs: for the limited period set by our hosting provider.

07Your rights

Under Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27 Tahun 2022) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive a copy. You can withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect what we did before. To make a request, email legal@hiravta.co.id. We respond within the time limits set by law. You can also file a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.

08Security

We protect data with reasonable technical and organisational measures, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited access. No method of sending data over the internet is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

09Children

This website is meant for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the current version, and we will announce important changes on this website.
